Teaser Poster Lands for Furious 8

The marketing push for the eighth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise begins. And since the 2nd gen Chargers have been the star cars of the series, does the poster make me a happy camper? Does Trump love watching other Repubs squirm?

I suppose some people will give Mr. Diesel grief for posing alone when the whole theme of the franchise is “family”. I like to think the marketing push will feature a “star a week” posing alone with their signature car from F8. Then the mega-combo images will be doled out.

Any yes, if I could imagine any car Ms. Theron would have for her signature wheels, it would be a ‘69 Charger. (Bear with me here.) It could even figure well into the plot as Furious Furiosa chooses it to eff with Toretto’s head.
